Who We Are
This Professional Affiliation Group within the Association for Experiential Education (AEE) is a collection of people who a share a common vision of a socially and economically just world. Social justice is a process involving education, meaningful leadership and service. Our members are spread throughout the world and work to gain a better understanding of the distinct histories and present day challenges facing cultures so today's young people can be tomorrow's cultural leaders.

Our Mission
NAALA is a professional group that invites all people of the world to participate. The purpose of this group is to elevate the consciousness of AEE's membership toward oppression, exploitation and human suffering, and to advocate for social and economic justice within the experiential education profession by developng and implementing strategies for sharing power.
