Transportation

Getting to Vancouver:  
Downtown Vancouver is located just 10 minutes from Portland International Airport (PDX) and is served by most major airlines. The Red Lion offers complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport. The Hilton does not offer transportation but Taxi service is readily available.

Frontier Airlines is offering a discount of 10% off all published round-trip fares to conference attendees.  Attendees may take advantage of this discount by booking online at www.FrontierAirlines.com and selecting MORE SEARCH OPTIONS.  On the home page it will say FLIGHT FINDER, then below that it will say roundtrip and one way.  Next to the one way is the link for MORE SEARCH OPTIONS.  Click on the MORE SEARCH OPTIONS, the meeting id code must be entered in the box under the date and city pairs.  Once cities and dates entered, and the flights are chosen the rate will come up.  Attendees may also use a travel agency by providing the agency with Meeting ID 4Q3QAZ at the time of booking. The Meeting ID must be properly applied to the ticket in the Tour Code Box in order for the discount to be taken. 

Meals

The Community Meal Plan
A meal plan is available to enhance your conference experience. This year's meal plan offers five meals, including lunch on Thursday, November 6th and breakfast and lunch on Friday and Saturday, November 7th and 8th. The cost is $85.

Saturday, November 8, 6:30 - 8:00 p.m., $30

A la Carte
An a la carte concession stand will be available in the Exhibit Hall for "quickie lunches", snacks and specialty coffee drinks. Hours to be determined.
